Heavy experience in structuring, modeling and relationships with equity and debt capital providers required. Individual should also have solid experience with office assets in major markets. Candidate also needs to be an expert in valuations and have good street contacts to help facilitate transactions. Proficiency in Argus Excel, strong financial/analytical skills, highly developed verbal and written communications skills and DCF modeling. Team player accustomed to a fast paced, intense environment. Six figure base plus bonus.

Asset Manager

We are seeking a seasoned real estate executive who has a proven track record in commercial real estate. Candidate should have substantial experience acquiring, operating and asset managing investment real estate and debt portfolios. Key responsibilities include asset management of the firm's real estate and debt portfolio, dispositions, repositioning assets, portfolio strategy, etc. Manage all activities throughout the acquisition process through closing (underwriting, valuation, due diligence, etc). Candidate should have at least 5-10 years of real estate experience.

Investor Relations Manager

We are seeking an investor Relations Manager to join our Investor Relations team. In this role, the investor relations manager will develop and enhance relationships with financial industry analysts and current and potential institutional investors by proactively, consistently and credibly communicating the company's strategy, growth opportunities and business initiatives to the investment community. Candidate should have extensive experience in working with private and institutional investors and a track record of delivering results.
